SHIPPING INFORMATION 

While our normal Standard Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days (after confirmation of payment), this is an estimated delivery date – although we make every effort to have your items delivered within stated times, delays caused by our courier services are not under our control, so we cannot accept any liability on delivery delays for up to 21 days from dispatch. This means we are not liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses that arise due to their failure to meet the estimated delivery date.

We will deliver your items to the address you provided us when placing your order. If you happen to be out, the courier may attempt to deliver your package through your letter box or leave it with your neighbour. Alternatively, they will leave a calling card with their contact details so you can arrange a more suitable delivery time. Generally the courier service tries 3 attempt to delive the parcel, Incase failed the parcel with automatically route back to us. In this case shipping charges to and forth will be charged from you. Thus requesting to accept the parcel.

You can also provide an alternative delivery address to us by ordering through our website and we will ship to your alternate address.

We also provide expedite shipping where your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days. Kindly contact us for Expedite shipping. Currently we are associated with shipping companies – FedEx, DHL ,UPS and sooner we would be expanding our shipping services for better rates and fast deliveries.

PAYMENT POLICY 

Once order is placed, we request you to proceed for payment for the selected items so we can hold and process your order. if in case, payment not made within 48hours then those items will be open to sell on website again. you can also email us to hold your merchandise.

 SHIPPING POLICY 

After payment confirmation, we will try to ship your order within 2-3 business days. we take 15-25days for custom order. we will infirm you in advance incase of any delay. FedEx and DHL ,UPS are our logistic partners.

DELIVERY POLICY 

Once order is shipped, you will receive it within 4-7 business days. Tracking number will be shared after shipment.so status can be tracked. You can also email us to know status of your order.

OUR RETURN POLICY 

All of our items are handmade.Currently we are not accepting return of any of our handmade or vintage item.

Just in case you are not entirely delighted for any reason, kindly contact us and we will mutually resolve your problem to give you best buying experience while shopping with us.

For other items : We offer 7 days returns. Key things to remember to guarantee your refund:The item must be returned in a clean, unused and unaltered condition and in its original packaging.

We do not offer return for Customized items.

Return will not be accept for items sold on any promotion or SALE.

Refund will be initiated once we receive and check the actual condition of item. We subject to refuse return in case we find any symptoms of being used.
